Coordinateonline.com is used to schedule specialists within a given
project, give clients access to everyday results, and to organize all
important components of the project.
We use features and functionality
of the file system and the all advantages of database running applications
through the WEB.
Controlling information is the most important aspect
of this system. (resources, time lines, processes, drawings, etc.).

members of the project team have access to different levels of the
project data. Clients see the results, the designer will see the
development part, project administrators will have access to client,
designer, and project management areas of the project, company
administrator has access to all areas of the project. |

Using Internet Technology
Database applications (text in red) are included, depending on the
project template. File systems are created on the fly and support
multi-level directory structures. Along with files, links can be included
into the project structure to provide a more flexible situation. Files
with task descriptions, explanations, pictures, results, etc. can be
uploaded by any member of the project, but only into specified areas.

Event Notification
Event messenger will send email notification about new uploaded files.
It is project member selectable. Event messages are flexible and provide
opportunity to correct standard messages and change project members target
list |

Project Document Structure
The Coordinateonline file system provides standard features of an OS
file system: delete, move, copy, rename, etc.
Files can be copied and
manipulated visibly for member participation in the directories of the
